The 2026 Subaru Trailseeker expands on the foundation established by the Solterra, providing more interior space and enhanced performance in a versatile battery-powered SUV package. Performance
The Subaru Trailseeker delivers engaging performance and confident capability, thanks to a dual-motor electric powertrain that produces 375 horsepower. It offers quick acceleration and a smooth ride, making it well-suited to navigating downtown Reno or commuting from Fernley. The EV-tuned Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive system improves handling in changing road conditions, while the dual-function Subaru X-MODE® system enhances traction on snowy, slippery, or uneven terrain. When properly equipped, the Subaru Trailseeker is capable of towing up to 3,500 pounds, allowing it to handle lightweight trailers, small campers, or recreational gear.
Interior Comfort and Cargo Space
Inside the cabin, the Subaru Trailseeker emphasizes comfort, functionality, and modern design. Compared to the Solterra, it provides increased passenger room and a larger cargo area that measures 31.3 cubic feet behind the second row and up to 74 cubic feet with the rear seats folded. The Subaru Trailseeker is also nicely equipped, including standard features like a power driver's seat, heated front seats, StarTex® water-repellent upholstery, roof rails, and a power liftgate.
